We are of the pioneer in the field of manufacturing and supplying a wide range of control analytique analyser (Argon purity), which is fitted with non-depleting plasma emission detector for superior performance. Our products are available in 4U rack configuration and are mainly used for air separation, semi conductor and argon purification plants. Our product argon separator separates argon without the use of oxygen scrubber. It has in-built temperature control system to minimize temperature drift. We use Plasma Emission Detector technique, which has a non-depleting plasma emission cell to ensure selective, accurate and sensitive response. It is used in cryogenic truck loading station, hydrogen purification plants, specialty gas laboratories and helium liquefaction plants.

Technology Used:

Our Servotough laser series are equipped with cross stack monitors who are designed to measure emission and process control information in multiple industrial applications. These are continuous in-situ monitoring and have a low detection range which enhances response times down to one second. These are not affected by the direct cross interference of other gases. These products utilize the proven tunable diode laser (TDLAS) measurement technique and can with stand high temperature and high pressure operation. These are suitable for installation in hazardous areas and are cost effective. 


Technology Used

The following instrument configurations are available in the 2900 product line:

  • Single Path monitor
  • Single Path compact
  • Open Path monitor
  • Multipass monitor

Single Path monitors are mainly used for in-situ measurements with path lengths in the range 0.5 – 15m (pipes, stacks, ducts). These models operate with samples in range 2-3 bar maximum pressure and temperatures up to 500°C. It is possible to measure samples at up to 20 bar and 1500°C with some gases. The additional feature of automatic zero and span check can be supplied as an option.

The Open Path monitor is suitable for long distance monitoring in ambient air, monitoring of production halls, gas fencing or leak detection. Measurement lengths of up to 1000m are possible. Gas detection is unaffected by dust and smoke or fog and rain down to <1% transmission.

The extractive Multipass monitor allows a gas sample to be removed from the process and analysed offline. Based on multiple reflections in the analysis cell, this instrument combines 11 m measurement path with a very compact design and is suitable for trace measurements of, for example, H2O, O2 or H2S.

  • Designed for continuous monitoring, 2900 models offer high sensitivity with detection limits in the ppb and low ppm ranges.
  • Fast response times of down to one second are possible depending on the specific application. The range includes models for measuring O2, HCl, HF, NH3, CO, CO2, H2O, H2S, HCN, NO, N2O, CH4 and other hydrocarbons, as well as for measuring two different gases or a gas and temperature simultaneously using a single laser.
  • Compact and robust instruments suitable for outdoor use (protection classified to IP66)
  • Ethernet connector to enable communication via a local area network or the internet.
  • Ability to be fully configured to customers needs and tuned to the specific process. Ensuring optimum performance and zero cross interference from other gases present.
